Avon’s My Jam

I remember being a kid and the Avon lady would come to our house bringing with her a brochure and those cool lipstick samples. I loved those samples as much as my mom did. I’d sneak one or two of those pretty little lipsticks from my mom just to try it on. She undoubtedly noticed they were gone and immediately knew it was me. Needless to say I was in trouble but she didn’t stay mad for long. After all I was only five. There was so many pretty things in that brochure the Avon lady left. I remember wanting all of it. Little did I know I was hooked!
